This policy explains the data handling expectations for the UnderDug beta. It is meant to be clear and user-facing now, while a fuller counsel-reviewed privacy policy is still required before broad public launch. See also our Terms of Service.
UnderDug stores the information you provide to use the product, including account details, resume content, job descriptions, outreach inputs, application-tracking data, and conversation history needed to support the product experience.
This information is used to generate drafts, personalize guidance, save your progress, and operate core product features like resume review, tailoring, outreach planning, and weekly progress tracking.
UnderDug is a software tool, not a regulated professional service. Nothing here creates a professional-client relationship.
UnderDug relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to run the product, including authentication, hosting, database, storage, and AI processing. Data should be limited to what is needed to operate those features.
You can request deletion by deleting your account in-product. UnderDug will attempt to remove stored product data associated with that account, subject to normal operational limits such as logs, backups, and short-lived security records.
UnderDug processes the information you provide to generate personalized drafts and recommendations. This beta policy is designed to be clear now, while final production-ready privacy language still requires counsel review before broad public launch.
